Yes, the data required to access the basic panel will be provided to you as soon as you accept the Terms and Conditions of cooperation as well as the Pricing, but the full version is activated at the beginning of the integration process.
You will need to meet the conditions laid down by the Act of 2 March 2000. on the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products (Journal of Laws. 2000 No. 22, item. 271) and the Act on electronic services (Journal of Laws 2002, No. 144, item. 1204) and in particular to have your shop’s terms and conditions visible on your shop website, which should include the following information:
– what the shop sells and what services it provides,
– what browser should the client use,
– the conditions for entering into and terminating the contract, including terms of payment and delivery of goods,
– existence of a shopping cart or ordering form,
– the right to terminate the contract within 14 days also indicating situations in which this right is not applicable,
– complaint submission procedure,
– provisions on the protection of privacy and personal data,
– full contact details visible conform with the documentation of the company on your shop’s website. The details must include: company name, ID number, entry in the register (KRS) along with information about the business, address, phone numbers, email or contact form, gross prices of goods (the prices should be expressed in PLN), dealing only in new products (only those products will be integrated with Ceneo).

We are unable to give even an estimate of the anticipated costs for a month of cooperation, this amount depends on eg. the attractiveness of the shop.
Offer upgrade is made on the basis of the XML file at least once a day. In order to obtain accurate information about the frequency, please contact us at email@example.com.
The XML file should be prepared in accordance with our technical requirements described in the manual.
We do not charge any additional fees or commissions – the only applicable cost is the click through fee debited from your prepayments account.
Offer integration is done by our integration department. Starting at the beginning of the cooperation, at least 30% of the offer will be integrated within the first week, the next parts will be integrated gradually.
In case of problems with the visibility or quantity of your offer’s element in the comparison engine, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To add another shop, please use the “Add new shop” tab, available in the administration panel on Ceneo.
The cooperation consists of promoting your trade offer on the pages of Ceneo.pl and because of that, it is necessary for you to provide us with your shop’s XML file (prepared according to the defined structure).
Modifying the contents of the XML file is the discretion of the shop, but let us know if you change the location of a file.
You cannot set a limit on the number of redirections.
We do not charge a commission in the case of an incomplete integration. The only charge is on the click through subtracted from the amount of the prepayment.
The rates for the redirection from Ceneo to the shop’s page are dependent on a category of products in accordance with the valid pricing.
It is not necessary to present the entire range of products from the shop. The integration process involves only the offer included in the XML file.
It is not possible to test the service before joining.
The fee for presenting your offer on Ceneo is the fee for the redirection of a visitor from Ceneo to the shop’s page and it depends on the product category. More information can be found under Pricing.
The XML file is verified within 3 working days of receiving it.
Yes, after the cooperation has been terminated, the unused funds from your prepaid account are returned to you.
No, the shop’s offer will be hidden until the next payment is registered. You decide on the amount and frequency of your top-ups yourself.
Yes, there will be a possibility to generate reports in the Administrative Panel. More information in Reports.
We count a maximum of 4 redirects from one IP address per day.
Yes, we issue an invoice within 7 days of payment booking to our account.
Unfortunately, there is no such possibility.
We do not accept payments on the basis of confirmations of the transfer. The payment must be registered on our account.
